Our goal is to ensure that every minute of your Vietnam adventure is as enriching as it is effortless.
During the consultation we will discuss your itinerary and answer any practical questions or concerns you may have about your trip including:
- Fine-tuning your itinerary to ensure you make the most of your time
- What North, Central and Southern Vietnam has to offer
- Discussing the best routes for your trip
- Answering frequently asked questions such as best places to visit, what to pack, currency used, where to stay etc
- Provide suggestions about relevant tours, activities and day trips in each location
- Cultural norms and what to expect
- Offer tips and practical advice
You will also receive (via email) a PDF itinerary review document within 3 days of our discussion with personalised recommendations and suggestions discussed during the call.

What Do I Need to Do to Prepare?
To make the most of your consultation, we suggest you come prepared with a basic list of the places you would like to visit. If you have a rough itinerary, you’re welcome to email it through at least 24 hours before our call.
We don’t require you to come prepared, however, the more organised you are, the more you’re likely to get out of our session.

Though we can’t guarantee we’ll know all the answers, we are experts in Vietnam travel and have broad general knowledge.

How to book the Vietnam Travel Consultation?
Private consultations are charged at a rate of USD165/hour.
Payment is required in advance of your booking and is charged by credit card.
Step 1 – Book a 60* minute itinerary consultation & review session to discuss your Vietnam itinerary with us at a time that suits you using the calendar below. Time displayed will be in your timezone.
Once you have selected a date and time you will be taken to a payments page.
*60 minutes is enough to cover a 2-week trip – if you plan to visit Vietnam for longer you will need to purchase additional sessions.
Step 2 – You will receive a confirmation email and Zoom link for the session.
Step 3 – We will send you a brief questionnaire to complete prior to the meeting. This (optional) questionnaire will give us time to prepare and ultimately save time during the call.
Step 4 – You will receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to the session.
Step 5 – We meet via Zoom and chat through your proposed itinerary.
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you have granted Zoom access to your microphone before our session.
Step 6 – Within 3 days of the call we will email a PDF with any personalised recommendations made during the consultation.

What is not included?
We do not include any booking services. We are not travel agents and therefore cannot make any bookings on your behalf.
We will however provide you with a list of suggested accommodation, tours, and services that we recommend.
Should you need any further advice during your trip, you can reach out with any questions about your itinerary or for further recommendations. We’ll do our best to respond promptly, offering support to the best of our ability, but immediate responses can’t be guaranteed.

Payment Terms:
Payment for your Vietnam Travel Consultation is required in full at time of booking.
Do you offer refunds?
Please note we do not offer refunds.
What happens if I need to change the date or time of the scheduled booking?
If you are unable to attend on the planned date and advise at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time we will work with you to reschedule at a later date.
Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are not possible and no refund will be offered.
